***For this featured photographer I chose David Haas. He is from Minnesota. He specializes in weddings. He has been doing this for about 30 years. He own his own photography buisness called Dave Haas Photography. He shoots digital or film depending on which the client prefers.

***Another thing David specializes in is photography under water, he loves taking pictures in the ocean underwater, of all the underworld life. Whether it's sharks, dolphins, fish or the coral reefs. He uses strickly digital cameras when shooting under water.

For this one I chose to research M A Andrew. He was born in England in 1977. He along with most photographers has been doing photography ever since his younger years. He graduated from Manchester University. He set his online set up in 2002 and his career has been booming ever since. the crazy thing about this photographer is that he only takes pictures in black and white. nothing else. He wants to capture the deeper side of his pictures. You don't see this very often.

For this featured photographer I choose Diane Varner. He is an animal and outdoors lover. Photography was once just a part-time hobby and is now a full-blown photography profession. Every morning she gets up and loves to go on walks into the mountains and take lots of picture of the outdoors. That is the main topic of her pictures; the outdoors. Her main hope for her photography is to "take people away" for a slight moment and get lost in the picutre.

this time I chose a photographer named David Lindsey Wade. David was raised by two artistic parents. He has loved photography ever since he was a young boy. He says his photos are meant to evoke a strong emotional side to things. He believes in a excutional style and doesn't ask any questions. He just takes pictures and doens't question his work. He does a lot of advertising for large companies and has recieved many rewards. Something kind of odd about this photographer is that he also takes nude pictures but changes them more into a type of art rather than just a nude picture.

Zena Holloway.

She is a fashion photographer that does everything underwater. She has taken the fashion into a whole new directions. The Under Water World.

At age 18 she began traveling around the world as a scuba diver, she then starting experimenting with camera's under the water.

Mainly based out of London, she shoots most of her clients out of magazines and advertising.

One of the world's most patient photographers, for her ability to work with animals and babies underwater.

Truly crazy and facinating photography form this lady.

Gary Salter.

*Very interesting photographer.

*Does all of his photography for advertising and promoting business's and products.

*Studios are located in London, New York, Warsaw and Paris.

* I like this guy because he takes everyday things and makes them so much more and a lot more interesting.

* You have to look at his pictures for a couple seconds to grasp everything he is trying to tell you.

*He does photography all around the world, it is his full time job and as you can see he is very good at what he does.

*Born and rasied in Scottland.

*Only works for businesses or publishers. Ranging from small companies to blue chip corporations.

* Started out with a master's degree in English, after that started working for a newpaper company and was in charge with the features and high light pages. Now he only does photography for businesses. He enjoys this much more. Other than photography he is on the board of directers for 3 majos companies in the UK.

* This guy is neat because he not only takes pictures he does something fun with them.

My next featured photographer is different from the first couple of photographers. For this one I chose Mark Thomas. He was born in Boynton Beach, Florida. He has loved the outdoors are nature ever since he was young. Growing up right next to the ocean has made his love the wildlife and outdoors since he was born. In high school he worked at a tropical fish store. This was the perfect place for him to work. Ever since he has loved taking picture of amazing and interesting creatures out in the wild. What makes him so differnt is that he is a wildlife photographer!!!

His work is truly amazing! The picture look like he's standing right next to the wild animals!

Ken Weingart Photography

For this week featured phtographer, I chose Ken Weingart. He is from Santa Monica, California. He speaks english and italian and english all fluently. Ever since he was young he has been faninated with art and all that it entitles.

He untimate goal for being a photographer to is to photograph the human face, body, and spirit and capture the moment that makes an image great.

He has lived in New York City, Los Angeles, Italy and Spain. Studying photography in all of these locations.

Some of the awards he has gotten include being selected for the Communication Arts Photo Annual, and his editorial and advertising work has been widely published all over the world.

A couple of his clients have included; MSN Search, Time Magazine, Warner Bros. Music, Vibe Magazine and many others.

A picked this photographer because he's not from around here and his art has a lot different of a twist to it from what you see around here.

Andrew Lewis Photography

For my featured photographer I chose Andrew Lewis. He owns his own business of photography out of Marietta Minnesota. He runs his business with just him and his wife. Their motto is to be attentive, flexible, and commited to their work. They specialize in wedding, but they also do senior pictures and portraits on the side.

The thing I thought was neat about them is for every session you have with them, they give you the negatives to take some on the spot. They don't make you order the pictures through them, which can get pretty expensive. This way you can go home and choose which ones you want and order them wherever and order however many you would like.

Their studio is located in Maretta, Minnesota.

Michael Zempel 9-24

My Photographer this week is Michael Zempel. Him and his wife own Zempel Photography. They are based out of Pine Island, Minnesota. He used to work for Grahm Photography and then he branched off into this own company. He runs his business alone with him wife out of his home in Pine Island. His studio is very unique and is set up in her garage.

I like his photos a lot because they are very different from other pictures. He has a unique sense to him. He is very creative and picks out little things and makes them magnificent.
